FAQs

What is the minimum length of care I or a loved one may receive?
The minimum length of care that may be received is three hours per week or two short sessions.
However, we do offer a “security check-in” service to elderly and vulnerable individuals who require periodic and brief check ins to ensure they are safe and secure. This may be one brief check-in per week. This may be particularly helpful to professionals who have an elderly parent living with them who require someone to check on their parent’s safety while they are at work. Or, may be helpful for elderly or other vulnerable individuals who can live independently but would like the security of knowing someone will check up on their safety and security on a regular basis.
