Engaging Penrose Care is simple, consisting of the following steps:
1) Please contact Penrose Care on 020 7435 2644 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org providing your name, phone number, and address; the name of the person requiring care if different to the enquirer, and the type of care required. We will schedule an appointment to carry out an initial assessment of your needs.
2) Following your assessment, a draft support plan will be made, which you will be asked to review and if you agree to the support plan you will be asked to sign a contract (terms & conditions) and decide when you would like services to start including how you would like to fund your support. You would then be introduced to your support team.
3) Once payment arrangements and a commencement date have been agreed, your care and support will commence. We conduct periodic spot checks to ensure the continuous quality of our services and we will also periodically review your support plan to ensure it remains up to date.
